JARED WEISS, President and CEO

Jared is a highly talented and intuitive real estate investor. Born to New York City educators who instilled the value of education at an early age, Jared always knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur. At 19, he moved to Las Vegas and soon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNLV. Seeing the potential in the real estate market, he bought his first home at age 24 and quickly learned the nuances of real estate finance. He became a loan officer and a year later owned his own mortgage company. Weiss began purchasing homes – some as rentals, some for rehabilitation and resale – learning each step of the way. By 2004, Weiss had owned, rented or resold approximately 40 homes. Sensing the market was faltering, he redirected his energy into land investments, putting together syndicates with investors totaling over $10 million. From 2008 to 2011, his company successfully purchased and sold over 1400 homes reflecting sales in excess of $175 million. Weiss’ vision and uncanny ability to stay ahead of the curve keeps his sights firmly focused on the future.
